Christmas Eve is a collection of poems written in two parts by the Victorian poet and dramatist Robert Browning. His mastery over dramatic verse is reflected in many of his works such as Men and Women, Bells and Pomegranates, Sordello, Pauline: A Fragment of a Confession, and Paracelsus.

Written by the author after his marriage and during their travel to Italy, these poems were greatly influenced by his wife’s religious beliefs. This poem collection is written in two parts as Christmas Eve, and Easter Day.
