The Adventure of the Devil's Foot  is a short detective work by Arthur Conan Doyle.  While Holmes on a Holiday in Cornwall, Mr. Mortimer Tregennis approaches him with a case.  According Tregennis his sister Brenda found dead previous day night and brothers George and Owen are mentally ill. He claims devil forces behind the murder as no other evidence found. Holmes visit the country home where the murder took place and found nothing specific except a lamp in the bed room of Brenda.  The investigations turns out to be unbelievable one as the murderer of Brenda found dead in the same way in couple of days later.
