The Milkmaid is a nursery rhyme illustrated by British author Randolph Caldecott. A poor young man was advised by his mother, to marry a woman with fortune.  The young man encounters with a milk maid and asking her, shall I come with you.  The young man asks about her father, she replies “my father is a farmer”.  Again he asks what her fortune is; she replies “my face is my fortune”.
